We’re working with industry to build local manufacturing capacity and capability to deliver critical components for NSW’s emerging renewable energy sector and new low carbon products.
Renewable manufacturing grant
Helping NSW businesses build new or expanded facilities that manufacture components for grid-scale renewable energy infrastructure, storage and transmission.
GreenPower
Gives businesses, government, event organisers and households the option to purchase government accredited renewable energy from their electricity supplier or through a decoupled GreenPower provider.
Future-proofing NSW: New planning policy to tackle climate risks and natural hazards
The Minns Labor Government is further streamlining planning approvals, while making sure new homes and infrastructure are built to better withstand the extreme weather impacts and natural disasters caused by climate change.
Vehicle Emissions Star Rating goes live on RedBook
It’s now easier for car buyers to see how clean and affordable their next car could be, with the NSW Government-developed Vehicle Emissions Star Rating (VESR) now live on RedBook, one of Australia’s most popular vehicle research platforms.
$15 million investment to power NSW’s renewable energy workforce
