NSW Social Housing Energy Performance Initiative (SHEPI)
The NSW and Commonwealth Governments, working with the social housing sector, will implement a $175 million upgrade program for over 24,000 social housing homes by June 2027 as part of the Social Housing Energy Performance Initiative (SHEPI).
Community Housing Energy Performance grant
New Community Housing Energy Performance grants to help eligible Community Housing Providers (CHPs) undertake energy performance upgrades at properties that they own and/or manage.
